Renaissance Medical Training Group LLC
Renaissance Medical Training Group was established in 2019 by Tiffany Griffin & Crystal Antley, both nurses with a total of 30 years nursing experience. Trained by the VA Board of Nursing, we have been deemed Master Trainers for the Medication Aide Training Program. It is our desire to serve the Healthcare Providers that in turn serves the people of their community.
Tiffany Griffin, LPN (Master Instructor)
Tiffany is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 14 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing and Utilization Management for Medicare and Medicaid. Throughout her career she has been a preceptor, subject matter expert and assistant new hire trainer.
Tiffany enjoys traveling, helping her community and spending quality time with her family.
Tiffany is available for Medication Aide training, Direct Care Staff training and CPR certification. She enjoys helping others and whole-heartedly believes in the proverb, “If I can help someone along the way, then my living shall not be in vain.”
Crystal Antley, LPN (Master Instructor)
Crystal has been practicing nursing for 17 years since graduating from St Mary’s School of Practical Nursing in Richmond, VA. Areas of experience include geriatrics, pediatrics, healthcare IT/HEDIS and utilization.
Crystal is available for Medication Aide training, CPR certification, CMS Consultations for Home Health and Durable Medical Equipment Providers and Medication Aide Business Consultations. Crystal’s life goal is to simply help others and believe that this is best achieved and described by her favorite writing, Romans 8:38-39.
